Know Thyself - revealing your True Nature with Claire Heron
Using the ages old practice of self-enquiry, this workshop offers an opportunity to drop deeply into the reality of your own Beingness and to communicate from that place of Presence.
Presence with this moment, Presence with Self and Presence with Others.
The session will consist of a short introduction to the dyad method of self-enquiry, followed by forty-five minutes of practice.
The method is used in Enlightenment Intensive Retreats
